Who Am I?

I’m Annie! Even though I had been a special education teacher, behavior analyst, doctoral student, consultant to schools, and mother of one child with initial intensive medical needs and another with a 504, I felt completely lost when it came to starting and running my own business.

I had the knowledge and the skills to help advocate for other families who were navigating the IEP system, but I had no idea how to get out of the trenches and actually start my own private pay business without just piecing together my google searches.

After a lot of trial and error, humbling mistakes, consultations outside of behavior analysis, and calling in all of the favors I could, I was able to start and grow a thriving private pay business, training, and public speaking company!

And now I have made it my mission to help other direct service providers pivot into IEP advocacy without all the headaches with my signature program and mentorship.
